Think about your situation. Get a clear picture of what is happening right now and who’s involved.
When you ask ‘what am I afraid of in this situation?’ What is the first thing that comes to mind? Write that down.
Now ask yourself the follow-up question: What if my fear comes true? Then what? Can I handle it? If not, how can I get help? How likely is this to really happen?
