These guidelines for TED are great for any presentation. If you want to become a master presenter, you need to know these tips. In lesson 4 we look at making an emotional connection with the audience.

We remember what we feel more than facts or figures or even the slides we see. Make sure to connect with your audience through emotion. This session shares a few tips on how to reach a deeper level of connection to your audience.
