Proven Approach – Repeatable Results. The approach includes not only the processes you need to get your project DONE but also elements to help you change your productivity behavior going forward. Instructional workshops alone would require an investment of $1500 or more.
A full month for Action. The program includes 5(five) – 90 minute WORKshops where we discuss and learn about the process, develop your approach, and identify obstacles, share feedback, and hold each other accountable.
Full Access. Experts work with you side by side each week advising and facilitating your success. This benefit alone is worth more than $2,000 for the month.
BONUS -access between sessions. Knowing that your work won’t stop when you leave the working sessions, each week you will have access to the experts in between sessions so you can get your questions answered, receive advice and coaching and keep your project moving to get it DONE.

Weekly Team Sessions Each session will include a segment of instruction and a Q&A period to address your work or challenges and receive instant feedback or input. We recommend you use the time after the instruction to work ON your project.

Week 4: What is progress? Tracking your progress. Keeping yourself accountable. Sustaining new behaviors beyond this project.
