How are you measuring success?

The ultimate actionable strategy for business and personal growth is powerful questioning.

Before you map out that elaborate plan for success, ask yourself:

lindadeluca.net asking everyday questions

If you look back at the prior 12 months (or 12 years), would you consider your life and business successful?

By default, most businesses measure success by profit and growth. Fair enough. But I’m asking you as an individual – a human – to challenge this default.

What if you measured success by your accomplishments? Not the size or scope of them, but rather that you did what you said you would do.

What if you measured success by living true to your values?

Look to your past to see how you’ve measured success. Now look to your future. How will you measure success going forward?

P.S. Like this question? Get loads more in this book I wrote for you:

Everyday Questions for Success.

It has 365+ powerful questions to help you grow yourself and your business. It’s a great way to get unstuck!
