If you look back at the prior 12 months (or 12 years), would you consider your life and business successful?
By default, most businesses measure success by profit and growth. Fair enough. But I’m asking you as an individual – a human – to challenge this default.
What if you measured success by your accomplishments? Not the size or scope of them, but rather that you did what you said you would do.
What if you measured success by living true to your values?
Look to your past to see how you’ve measured success. Now look to your future. How will you measure success going forward?
